Follow-up care: Any follow-up consultations or treatments suggested as a result of the health screening are not included in the campaign and will be billed separately.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of service. The clinic accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit card and debit card.

Refunds and cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Refunds may not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Confidentiality: All personal information and medical records are kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws and the clinic’s privacy policy.

Data Use: The clinic may use de-identified (anonymous) data from the campaign for research and quality improvement purposes.

Limitation of liability: The clinic and its staff are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the health screenings or any subsequent treatments based on the findings.
