Monday to Friday: 8am – 7.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 4pm
Customers with appointments after 6:45pm, please ring buzzer for access. Thank you for your cooperation.
Adoptions
Open 7 days a week: 10am – 4pm
Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
Animal reclaim and surrenders
Open 7 days a week: 9am – 4pm
By appointment only.
Donations and retail
Open 7 days a week
Monday to Friday: 8am – 7pm
Weekends and public holidays: 8am – 5pm
