As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact our operations, there have been some changes to our services.
All animals available for adoption will be transferred to our other sites, which will continue to operate on an adoption-by-appointment model.
To further streamline our adoption processes, we have also implemented adoption-by-application. When browsing our available animals, there will now be an option to submit an application to adopt. Once an application has been submitted, the applicant will be contacted with information on next steps. Please note we will be unable to book adoption appointments at our metro sites unless this application has been received.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, act on the advice of health authorities and keep our website updated with the latest information about our services.
