RSPCA Victoria executes warrant

Published on 19 September 2025

RSPCA Victoria Inspectors executed a warrant on 18 September 2025 to seize evidence from a Mornington Peninsula property as part of an active investigation.

New evidence and information lodged directly to RSPCA Victoria’s Inspectorate, from eyewitnesses, enabled us to take this swift action.

We remind the public this is the most effective way we can act on concerns.

We would like to assure the community we are doing everything in our power under the legislation to investigate this matter.

As this is an active investigation, we are unable to provide further details at this time.
