Thank you for choosing to donate to RSPCA VIC. Your decision to support us is appreciated and vital for us to be able to continue providing our services to animals in need.
If you have made an error regarding the amount of your donation, or accidentally made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 60 days of the date of the donation. All requests for refunds can be sent to:

RSPCA VIC will examine all requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Each decision will be at RSPCA VIC’s discretion. Of course, we will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified.
Unfortunately, RSPCA VIC does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate to RSPCA VIC carefully.
Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible.

Monthly donations are processed on the 16th of each month or on the nearest business day. RSPCA VIC reserves the right to reattempt any transactions that decline on the 16th.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in your account. RSPCA VIC does not take responsibility for any fees incurred by not having sufficient funds in your account at the time of debit.
Should you wish to cancel, defer, or alter a donation, you must notify RSPCA VIC at least five business days before the transaction date. Alternatively, if there is a more suitable date for your donation to come out, please let RSPCA VIC know and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. You can notify us by:

All grievances and disputes regarding monthly donations will be actioned in a timely matter. Should an error be made by RSPCA VIC, we will make a refund as soon as possible into the same account the donation was deducted from. Any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible.
Monthly donations that have already been processed will not be refunded if you have changed your mind. They will, however, be cancelled going forward.

If you'd like to take a break from donating, reduce the amount you are donating, or update your personal details, please let our friendly team know.
