Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is RSPCA Victoria (ABN 83 628 579 858), located at 3 Burwood Highway, Burwood East VIC 3151.
  2. Promotion Period
    The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 26 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 9 June 2026.
  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to businesses located in Victoria, Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
    Each organisation is limited to one (1) entry. Multiple enquiries from the same organisation, business name, or email domain may be deemed duplicate entries and may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter the promotion, participants must submit an enquiry for a Half Day Corporate Support Day with RSPCA Victoria via the designated enquiry form during the Promotion Period.
    Each valid enquiry submitted during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the prize draw, subject to the limit of one (1) entry per organisation..
  5. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a Half Day Corporate Support Day experience with RSPCA Victoria for their organisation.
    The prize includes participation in a half day volunteer experience at an RSPCA Victoria site, subject to availability and organisational requirements.
    The prize is subject to availability, animal welfare considerations, and operational requirements of RSPCA Victoria. Blackout dates and site restrictions may apply.

The prize:
• Is not transferable or exchangeable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date, subject to availability.

  1. Draw Details
    This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
    The winner will be selected at random on 11 June 2026 at RSPCA Victoria, 3 Burwood Highway, Burwood East VIC 3151.
  2. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their enquiry within 5 business days of the draw.
    If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  3. Publicity
    By entering the promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may use the winning organisation’s name, logo, and any photographs or content from the redeemed Corporate Support Day for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
  4. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion where reasonably required due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

The Promoter reserves the right to reschedule or vary the delivery of the prize where reasonably required due to animal welfare considerations, safety requirements, or operational constraints.

  1. Privacy
    Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be handled in accordance with RSPCA Victoria’s privacy policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and responding to the Corporate Support Days and related initiatives.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to receiving communications from the Promoter, including promotional communications. Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
