Join the RSPCA Op Shops team!


RSPCA Op Shops are operated solely by teams of dedicated volunteers and funds raised go towards supporting the RSPCA's work. Join our dedicated Op Shop Team and support animal welfare through assisting with merchandising, sorting goods, laundering, ironing and customer service.

The ability to commit to a regular weekly or fortnightly 4-hour shift for a minimum of six months is required, and you must be a minimum of 15 years of age.

RSPCA Op Shop Mailbox Delivery Volunteer

Our Mailbox Delivery Volunteers play an important role in promoting our Op Shops by delivering flyers to local neighbourhoods. If you live in an area that has a local RSPCA Op Shop, we would love to hear from you! See how to apply below.

Requirments:
Physical fitness and good local knowledge of the area.

RSPCA Op Shop Assistant

Are you a social butterfly and do you enjoy meeting new people? This is a great opportunity for you to apply your organisational skills or merchandising flair.
You will also be provided with great support and training. Of course, you'll play a vital role in helping us raise money for "all creatures great and small"!

Requirements:
A minimum of one 3 hour shift, on a fortnightly roster cycle. Mon-Sat 10am-4pm.

RSPCA Op Shop Assistant Team Leader

Are you a hand-on "can-do" person? This role supports the Volunteer Team Leader in motivating, training and supporting the team with operational processes, as well as introducing new initiatives to promote the store.

Requirements:
3 days a week.

RSPCA Op Shop Team Leader

Are you a passionate, driven person who likes to motivate, train and develop people from all walks of life? Do you like the challenge of striving for success? As a Volunteer Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the store.

Requirements:
3 days a week.
