The RSPCA is committed to bringing about change in animal welfare across Australia. Improvements in animal welfare will only occur with a unified and strong voice. By becoming a member of RSPCA Victoria, you have the opportunity to be heard.
A community organisation
The RSPCA is a non-government community based animal welfare charity. Our organisation was created by the community and driven by strong local support. It is through the ongoing support of the community and members that the RSPCA can effect positive change for animal welfare.

In accordance with the RSPCA Constitution, we are unable to finalise membership applications received between the third Tuesday of August and the third Friday of October each year. However, membership applications are welcomed during this time and will be considered at the November Board meeting.
